One of the nice things about this area is the mix of neighborhood life and nearby places to go. You can go for a long walk (sidewalks and trails throughout the communities), explore a park, head out for a nice meal, shop, golf, or take care of errands - all within just a few miles.

Willis Tucker Park is a key local spot. Mill Creek Town Center and quaint downtown Snohomish add more choices for shopping, food, and an afternoon out.

As you head out to explore the areas you're interested in, pay attention to the small things -- How does the street feel? Is there a walking route you would enjoy? How far is the trip to your usual stops and job? Those details can matter just as much as the home itself.

A Quick Note About Place Names

You may see different names when looking at homes in this area. Gold Creek and The Falls have ties to the Snohomish Cascade name. You may also hear about nearby Cathcart when people describe the wider area. These names do not all necessarily mean the same place. Gold Creek and The Falls are considered Snohomish, but fall outside of the city limits. Silver Firs is generally considered to be part of Everett. All three areas lie within Snohomish County.

School Districts boundaries also vary, but generally speaking, Gold Creek and The Falls communities are part of the Snohomish School District, and Silver First is within the Everett School District.
