If you're thinking about selling or buying a home, a Comparative Market Analysis (commonly referred to as a CMA), from a Real Estate Broker is essential to estimate your home's current market value. The CMA estimates a home's current market value based on recent sales, expirations, and active listings of similar property types within your immediate area.
