Excellent Experience!

I needed an agent to sell my fathers estate after he passed. Joe was someone that was highly recommended so I decided to reach out to him. He was very friendly and timely with his response.

 

We set up a meeting at the house. During the meeting he went over some comps and other data points for the property. He also gave me some feedback on a few upgrades to make the house more sellable.

 

At no point did a feel pressured and he was very helpful answering question I had. After this meeting I knew Joe was the agent for me.

 

During the the time the house was on the market Joe was very good at communicating with me on the feedback he was receiving. He also kept me informed on open houses and people coming to view the house.

 

We were able to accept and offer 13 days after listing. The whole experience exceeded my expectations.

An Amazing Agent!

From the beginning of selecting an agent to sell my home Joe was at the top. His approach to selling my house was very professional.
