Excellent Experience!

I needed an agent to sell my fathers estate after he passed. Joe was someone that was highly recommended so I decided to reach out to him. He was very friendly and timely with his response. We set up a meeting at the house. During the meeting he went over some comps and other data points for the property. He also gave me some feedback on a few upgrades to make the house more sellable. At no point did a feel pressured and he was very helpful answering question I had.
