Homes listed between $500,000 and $999,999
3%
Homes listed at $499,999 & Below
The above rates do NOT include the buyer's agent commission - this is a potential additional cost to the seller. Historically, sellers offer a buyer's agent a commission between 2 to 3%, however, it can be 0% or any percentage the seller is comfortable with and agrees to.
